When will my change go live?: Send it by the 15th and it goes into that month's update: you get a preview on the 25th, and it goes live on the 1st. Anything sent after the 15th goes into the next month.
What counts as a small edit?: Changing wording, swapping or adding a photo, updating a price, an opening time or a phone number, adding or removing a member of staff or a service, and fixing anything that's wrong or out of date. There's no limit on how many you send. Bigger work, like a page beyond your plan, a shop or a rebrand, is quoted first.
Something is broken, or my site is down. What do I do?: Send it through Update your website and choose "Yes, it's urgent". Urgent problems skip the queue and are handled as soon as we see them.
How do I give you access to my domain or Google profile?: We send you simple steps to add us as a user. We never ask for your passwords.
How do I update my card or get an invoice?: Use Manage billing above. Enter your email and Stripe sends you a secure sign-in link, where you can update your card and download every invoice.
How does the free month for referrals work?: Introduce a business using the button above. When they sign up and pay their first month, we take your next month's payment off (on yearly billing, it comes off your renewal). There's no limit on how many businesses you refer. When is my free rebuild?: Every year on Growth and Premium, and every 2 years on Starter. We get in touch when yours is due, and you see a preview and approve it before it goes live.
