Here's every step, what you do and what we do. Everything happens online, wherever you are in the US.
Day 1

Book a free 15-minute call and we'll help you pick Starter, Growth or Premium. You pay your first month when you sign up. There's no build fee and nothing else to pay up front.

Days 1 to 2
Your time: about 20 minutes
An online questionnaire about your business, your customers and the look you like. It's the only real work you do. We pull what we can from your Google profile and social pages, so you don't type it twice.

Days 2 to 3
Your time: 30 minutes
A video call to go over your answers, agree your pages, and sort out your web address and Google access.
Your time: 30 minutes
Days 3 to 8
Your time: none
We write the words for every page and design your site with your logo, colours and photos. We set up your forms, click-to-call and map, and test everything on phones and computers.

Days 8 to 12
Your time: about 30 minutes
You get a private link to your new site. Look through it on your phone and computer, then send us your changes in one list.

Around day 14
Your time: 1 minute
Once you approve it, we connect your web address and switch your site on. We set up Google Search Console and, on Growth and Premium, your Google Business Profile.

Hosting, security, backups and monitoring are all handled. Send changes by the 15th, see a preview on the 25th, and they go live on the 1st with your monthly report.
